Q:Do yo provide OEM/ODM Service?

A:Yes,we provide OEM/ODM Service.

Q:How long is your delivery time?

A: For the new products which need to make moulds&fixtures,normally needs 45-60 days to submit the sample;for the regular ordered products,normally need 20-40 days

Q:How do you guarantee the lead time?
A: -We will make achievable production arrangement before order;
-We will monitor the production activity on daily basis;

-We will send production report to customer on weekly basis.

Q:What is your terms of payment?
A: -50% mould&fixture cost to be paid to start.
-50% mould %fixture cost blance to be paid after sample approval.

-30% to be paid for the mass production and 70% blance to be paid at the sight of copy of B/L.

Q:Do you provide free samples? If not,How do you charge for it?

A: No. Most of our products are OEM manufacturing,so we will not sell customer’s design to third parties.For new product development,we will provide samples for approval before mass production.The unit price of the sample is same as the unit price of bacth order.
